According to art. 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (OJ of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, I inform that:

6) you have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify them and in the case of processing requiring consent also the right to remove them or limit processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to transfer data - to the extent that consent was expressed. Please be advised that if you withdraw your consent, it will not affect your previous processing
7) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the president of the Office for Personal Data Protection
